Horrible experience with this office. I can't speak for the doctor as he did not actually perform the procedure on my father, however the fact that the staff is not competent, I would not trust him with my father's vision. My father went in for his consultation (1/23/17), schedule his surgery for a month out (2/28/17) and only less than 24 hours before the scheduled surgery did we receive a call that they JUST realized they do not work with my father's insurance policy. When we called his insurance, they said they were in network and that the reason it wasn't covered was because the office failed to call within 72 hours to notify of the procedure - however, the rude office manager still refuses to take ownership of their mistake. We will be sure to share this experience with everyone we know...awful, awful management here.
