On the other hand, Candice was very nice and professional. I just wish the clinic’s policies were in more favor to the patient giving you a chance to consider another clinic who accepts insurance and others that don’t require so many vaccines.

Candace was amazing. Had everything ready ahead of time for me, explained the reasoning behind everything in great detail, and didn't push anything on me. Great experience.

We came into the clinic a little worried since neither my fiance nor I had a clue which vaccines we needed and were unsure of ones we already had. There, we met Candice, the most sweet and kind hearted women. She walked us through each vaccine we would need on out trip to Panama, as well as guided us on who to call to find out our vaccine history. We were surprised to hear the price of the vaccines being so high, but she worked with us to ensure we only got the ones we needed and explained the benefits of each. I really don't think there is another person who could have done that job better. I would recommend her 100% to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Passport Health in Providence. The prices of each vaccine were quite shocking and I was given certain vaccines that were not needed for my trip to the Philippines. I was told to take both Japanese Enciphilitis and Polio, but later found out from multiple doctors that it’s not necessary to take these vaccines. I always want to be on the safer side, but when you have to pay 100% out of pocket expenses for these vaccines, you question whether this travel clinic recommends shots to just make more money. Also, insurance companies do not accept Passport Health and a nearby clinic does. I don’t think I was completely informed or aware of my options and now I’m stuck with a $1,000 bill.

I am glad and impressed that Candace took the time to so clearly explain and counsel me on the risks and strategies for safe travel. Very professional and knowledgeable, but also warm. No sales pressure, Just guidance to the right decisions for me. Recommended!

Candace was very personable and knowledgable, she really made me feel like I was prepared for my trip abroad. She made sure that I was properly vaccinated for my trip and even discussed other precautions with me such as taking Travelan dietary supplements and effective mosquito repellants. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know who is traveling abroad in the future!
