I suggest you go to a doctor or facility that is not afraid to do it's job.I called Woman's Care several times on Tuesday and each time waited over ten minutes for service. One time I waited 22 minutes and then was cut off. Additionally, during my appointment yesterday, I requested a continuance of meds prescribed to me by my psychiatrist, who unexpectedly became unavailable with no back up,. I did not want to be caught without meds because psychiatrist has somehow dropped off the grid. My life is stable,, there was no lapse in treatment, (therefore diagnosis), I assumed this not to be an issue. The meds are Zolpidem for sleep, and Vyvance for focusing issues. These meds are NOT illegal to prescribe, and were previously prescribed by my family physician, prior my seeing an actual psychiatrist. At Woman's Care, they refused to write a prescription, because it's against the organization's policy. I am soon to be out of meds, and will have to spend every available minute during work today to find doctor who is not afraid to do his or her job. I suggest you go to a doctor or facility where you are not made to feel like you are just a number, and that is not intimidated by politics. I guess at Woman's Care, they only care about some women.

My experience and care with Dr. Kader and the whole team of Women's Care was excellent. I was very nervous at first with my surgery but the process before going into surgery gave me more comfort and peace. They don't just send you straight to surgery they perform all kinds of testing and preparation prior to surgery giving you a peace of mind that they take extra caution. Never the less, Dr. Kader performs these kinds of surgery weekly which talks good about his experience. He's very good and professional. Very patient with answering all questions and making you feel comfortable for your procedure. His office is well organized and any paper work that needs to be taken care of such as for work, TDI, etc. gets done right away. My surgery was done at Women & Infants Hosp in Prov and I also give them a 5 star rating. Awesome care. I would 100% recommend Dr. Kader and his affiliates to any one.

Terrible !!! Waiting an hour to see my doctor, and when I did see her . She visited with me for five minutes. I also requested for her to prescribe a medication that I'd taken in the past for anxiety . She completely disregarded my need for it and refused to prescribe the medication because the class it was in .

I've been going here for a couple years I love the Providence office there nice and QUICK. Pawtucket is okay. The doctors are a little slow and the customer service is poor. The wait time is more than 2hrs and only see the doctor for 20min or less. Including the lab is waiting a little too. They really need to ask Providence what are they doing that can get then as great as they are, especially if they have way more people working for them in that office space. The new next day calling for appointments is very annoying nobody can't find a good time or doctor to see referring to someone you don't know that we'll. But in emergency yes but they lack a professional working environment . The ladies chat around the desk while people wait to check in and out

Almost every time I go I am waiting for about an hour. The MA's there are not very helpful. neither are the secretary's. This practice is affiliated with Woman and infants hospital but they wouldn't get a hold of them to send an order for my anatomic ultra sound. I have been going back and forth with radiology and woman's care for almost 3 weeks. Woman's care saying they sent the order 3 times and the Radiology department at the hospital stating they never received an order. I called Woman's care and asked 2 times if they could just call and speak to the radiology department directly, but the MA just said she would send a message to the nurse so that the MA could resend the order. For crying out loud!! That's what we have been doing for over 2 weeks! Why cant you just call? The MA even asked me for the fax number. If you are affiliated then why doesn't this office already have this information? Also my pharmacy called women's care several times to set me up for automatic refills on prenatal vitamins and this was never done. ( I am halfway in my second trimester.) I am changing doctors ASAP. This has been nothing but a stressful experience and i do not recommend this office to anyone.
